It was such an amazing experience despite the fair being mostly literary based. I still met some amazing people, and likewise, they had a chance to sample some of my comics. I have to thank those who came out to support me and I hope you will stay tuned to see more Otto-I'm working on Issue 4 NOW!

Here are some pictures of the event of yours truly!

The Song of Otto

Tomorrow (June 19th, 2011), I've got a table and will be selling my comics!
The event is called the Small Press of Toronto Book Fair and is going to be held at the University of Toronto's Hart House!
It's free to attend!

I will be selling The Atlantic, I Don't Blame You, Model Employee and all three The Song of Otto issues seen here!!!

I know I haven't really been posting this book-so many of you wouldn't know what's it about. Like Our Children Would Not Kill Us, I am collaborating with the amazing Kathryn Kuitenbrouwer again to visual here original story, here's a little art and a synopsis!

The Song of Otto is a contemporary re-visioning of the ancient crusade epic The Song of Roland set in Roncesvalles Village in Toronto, the original battle taking place in Roncesvalles, France.

The Song of Otto will be appearing in the exclusive hand made book: Filter Literary Journal (check them out!) and the online publisher, Joyland.ca in 2011.
